Chris began his career in construction by building and remodeling homes. After earning a degree in Construction Management from Vermont Technical College, he joined one of the nation’s leading construction management firms, gaining valuable experience with large-scale commercial projects. In 2019 he founded Leonard Contractors Inc. with a mission to create spaces where communities in the Tampa Bay Area can gather, connect, and thrive
Laura is the Pre-Construction Manager at Leonard Contractors, where she brings a strong background in environmental consulting and site preparation to support early-phase project planning. Before joining Leonard Contractors, she worked closely with developers to ensure land readiness and regulatory compliance prior to construction. Laura is passionate about delivering organized, efficient pre-construction processes and enjoys staying active through fitness and golfing in her free time.
